As a founding member at EM and founder at H2H, he is passionate about building innovative global products that deliver value for businesses and consumers. Om is an experienced engineering architect with a track record of leading and scaling teams across front-end, back-end, middleware, and DevOps. He empowers engineering teams through transparency and creativity, constantly exploring new technologies to enhance scalability, performance, and productivity. Currently, Om is the Founding Member and Managing Director of Product Engineering at Enterprise Minds, where he leads the development of cutting-edge products. Previously, he worked at Thynk Digital as the Director of Technology Innovation, where he developed innovative solutions that kept bank businesses relevant and competitive in the global digital market. Om's educational background includes a BE in Computer Science from the University of Pune, as well as a Standard XII in Computer Science from Sinhgad Jr College in Pune, India, and a Standard X in Science, Math, English, and General Social Science from Saint Annes High School. Om's technical expertise includes senior software engineering, DevOps, front-end and back-end development, and research science.
