Omji Mishra is a Software Designer at ICT Group with over seven years of experience in the industry. He has developed a wide range of skills in embedded systems and has worked on designing and developing software for infotainment, medical, and consumer products. Omji has mostly worked for core embedded teams and is well-versed in device driver and BSP development for operating systems such as Android Automotive, QNX, Linux, and Free RTOS. Omji has hands-on experience with SOC's from Qualcomm, Intel, TI, Mediatek, and Freescale based custom platforms. He has been involved in all stages of product development activity. Currently, Omji is working as a Software Engineer at Fossilshale Embedded Technologies P Ltd. and is involved in designing a system for Apollo to have medical devices ECG, Glucometer, SPO2, and IR Temperature integrated together, which can be used by any individual for getting respective measurements through an Android Application running on the system. Omji's past experience includes working as a Software Engineer (Platform Support Team) at Fossilshale Embedded Technologies P Ltd. and as a System Software Engineer at Harman. At Fossilshale, Omji was involved in designing and developing various boot level and driver level modules, porting and integration of various drivers such as Accelerometer, UVC, WI-FI, IR, USB, Audio, OV5640, LCD & Touch Screen peripheral bring-up, and designing and developing a test suite for peripheral testing. At Harman, Omji was involved in board-bring up, BSP development for Base, Mid & High Variant, boot time and KPI improvement for all supported variants, MMC / SDIO Driver Implementation for DTV, and designing and developing various services such as Clock service, Factory reset service, User personalization service, Platform service. Omji's education history includes a certification in Emertxe Certified Embedded Professional (Advanced) from Emertxe Information Technologies and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ABSS Institute Of Technology.
