Omkar Joshi is an accomplished Lead Security Engineer with over 9 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity. He has a diverse skill set that includes OSCP, OSWP, eWPTXv2, CEH, CHFI, ECSA, CREST CPSA, CISM, and AWS Certified Security - Specialty. Currently, he is working with Coupa Software, where he leads the Red Team engagements and plans, executes, and initiates various activities. Omkar is also responsible for leading all the Pentest Engagements, Security Reviews, and planning and executing the entire application security program. He performs web and mobile application security assessments, code reviews, cloud infrastructure security assessments, and liaises with developers, cloud engineering, and SRE to implement the recommendations and re-validation. Additionally, Omkar evaluates new security technologies, provides recommendations, and orchestrates the implementation to strengthen the security framework of the company. He has also worked on cloud security architecture reviews on Amazon AWS, assessing the environment and apps, and performing cloud security assessments that include vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of cloud apps and infrastructure. Omkar holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and has completed his H.S.C and S.S.C from the Kolhapur Board.
