Omkar Tenkale is an experienced Android Developer with a passion for building products. With a proven track record in mobile app development, web, and backend development, he has an aptitude for UI as well as UX design. Omkar joined PCPL as an intern in May 2019, after dropping out of traditional rote learning to focus on actual education. Since then, he has consistently learned new technologies in the fields of web, app, and backend development. Omkar loves a career where growth is heavily encouraged based on talent and work results instead of past qualifications. He is always looking for opportunities to work with like-minded people for a greater cause. Omkar feels a responsibility towards underprivileged people and is ready to keep his self-interests aside for a chance to dedicate his skills and knowledge for such a purpose. He is also an open-source contributor for the same. Currently, Omkar works as an SDE (Android) at FRND, where he builds products with his extensive knowledge of Android, software engineering, backend, web, and parts-of-speech. He is also a designer and UI enthusiast, which helps him in creating products with an excellent user experience. Omkar has previously worked as an Android Developer at Zobaze and PCPL, where he was responsible for developing and designing Android native apps, front-end web applications, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for design implementation or handling the design part. In addition to his work experience, Omkar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Government College of Engineering, Amravati. He has also developed skills in MySQL, MongoDB, Integration, and other relevant technologies. Omkar is a proficient product manager and has relevant experience of 4.53 years in the industry.
