Onkar Deshpande is a Lead Software Engineer at Qualys, with over 10 years of relevant experience in the field. He is an optimistic and passionate Java Developer with good experience in Java and related Web technologies. Currently, Onkar is responsible for developing web services for integration between the newly introduced product Rainbow and all other existing products at Qualys. He also develops a centralized common reporting system for all products in the company. In his past roles, Onkar has worked as a Tech Lead at Zycus, where he developed web services using REST and SOAP and developed an API server for providing a common platform for all product APIs. He has also worked as a Java Developer at SchoolApps, where he developed and maintained the SchoolApps product and implemented new features. Onkar holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from PES and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Hitech Polytechnic. He completed his 10th grade from P.D. Jawalkar Public School, Aurangabad.
