Onkar Inamdar is an experienced Director of Engineering with over 13 years of experience in the Consulting/Fintech industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Flexmoney, he is set to take on the role of Head of Engineering at Facctum. Inamdar's extensive experience has equipped him with a unique blend of skills, including excellent written and oral communication, stakeholder management, delivery and tradeoff management, people leadership, recruitment, agile project management, and contract negotiations. On the technical side, he is skilled in system design, infrastructure knowledge, designing build and deployment pipelines, and is proficient in technologies such as C#, VB.net, MVC, SQL, Javascript, Jquery, AngularJS, design patterns, and OOPs.
