Onkar Kumar is a Certified Salesforce Application/System Architect with over 13 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Custom Apps development. He is skilled in leveraging Salesforce and MuleSoft to create architectural models for manufacturing, insurance, and software companies. Onkar has a proven ability to integrate business processes across disparate systems and coordinate multiple teams across countries to foster relationships with business users and vendors to promote innovative architectural and structural concepts. Currently, Onkar is working as a Solution Architect - Business Technology at Salesforce. He is responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for clients, leading technical teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in systems integration projects. In his previous role as Principal Architect - Salesforce Platform at Amgen, Onkar provided thought leadership and subject matter expertise on Salesforce architecture innovation. He led Salesforce development of technical/solution architect strategy, partnered with project management teams on the development of scope and timelines, and improved business satisfaction by finding creative solutions in the Salesforce platform. Onkar also designed and developed a standardized solution (VF, LWC, Apex Design Pattern, System API) across the projects and demonstrated an expert understanding of business planning, leading both business and technical colleagues. Before joining Amgen, Onkar worked as Sr. Solutions Architect - Salesforce at TE Connectivity. He defined the Salesforce technology roadmap for TE, led the Salesforce technical group (internally & contractors), and developed technical specifications for projects and enhancements. Onkar also identified best practices guidelines for SFDC development, communicated and implemented these practices in the TE SFDC team, and designed integration approaches with MuleSoft and TE Internal Application and Data sources. Onkar holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from KSOU and a Diploma in Computer Application - O Level and Advance Diploma in Computer Application - A Level from the Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Classes (DOEACC).
