About
Osbert Lee is a highly motivated and skilled software engineer with experience in full-stack development, mobile app development, and bioinformatics. Currently working as a Software Engineer Intern at Aviame, a data startup in stealth mode, Osbert is responsible for programming the front-end of the mobile app in React-Native and connecting it with the back-end API using React.js. He is also working on securing a platform to store sensitive user information with OTP + TFA and connecting it with hardware authentication using custom API. Prior to his current role, Osbert worked as a Full-stack Developer at Rleyh Software, where he was responsible for building the mobile app from the ground up on a team of two developers. He designed the front-end with Expo (React-Native) and Apollo Client GraphQL and implemented the back-end using AWS, AWS Lambda (with Node.js + typescript), Prisma (for ORM), PostgreSQL RDS DB, GraphQL (for the API - endpoint). Osbert also has experience as a Bioinformatics Intern at the University of Washington, where he worked on creating data visualizations in Python with cardiovascular cancer samples and using cardiovascular samples for statistical analysis and interpretation of data. He also handled large sets of DNA/RNA data with Rstudio. Osbert holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington, which he is expected to complete in 2023. He also attended Tesla STEM High School from 2015 to 2019. With a strong tech stack that includes AWS, Javascript, Mobile, Frontend, Backend, React Native, Typescript, Research Scientist, NodeJS, and ReactJS, Osbert has relevant experience of 0.36 years.
