Oshin Agarwal is a Technical Lead at Rippling, where she leads the Identity team and is responsible for setting up the long-term technical strategy of the team. At Rippling, Oshin is currently working on complex systems related to multi-factor authentication, behavior detection, zero-knowledge password vault, product analytics, activity logs, single sign-on, virtual directory, and ssh service. She is also responsible for reducing support volumes, improving project quality, and addressing tech-debt. Oshin reviews project requirements, drives design discussions, and writes/reviews quality design documentation. Oshin's past experience includes working as a Core Software Developer at Tower Research, where she worked on C++ Build systems and Conda Package management. She also managed and automated the deployment pipeline and source control setup. At Jivasutra, Oshin co-founded the company and worked towards aggregating Ayurvedic and Wellness service providers. Her role as the co-founder involved handling a team of four people, more than 10+ doctors, and a couple of interns for multiple ad-hoc tasks. Oshin developed management, public relations, operations, and marketing skills apart from handling the technological end of the product.
