Osmin Castillo is an experienced IT Consultant currently working at the Presidencia de la Republica de El Salvador. With over 26 years of relevant experience, he has a deep understanding of various technical aspects of the industry. Prior to his current role, Osmin worked as an IT Director at the National Energy Council, where he was responsible for the management of information policies for the design, development, and implementation of a National Energy Indicators System. He was instrumental in the deployment of energy indicators for the Republic of El Salvador on a BI Open Source framework, implementation of a spatial data infrastructure for the energy sector through a Geographic Information System, and the development of statistical and analytical tools for decision support systems. Osmin has also worked at Digicel as a VAS Engineer, offering professional services for the VAS and Business Intelligence area for the Corporate Data Warehouse of DIGICEL El Salvador on Oracle platform 10g with integration to different sources of data including CDR (call detail records) from Ericsson platform. He was responsible for the development of conciliation and quality assurance routines for information loaded in the Corporate Data Warehouse infrastructure. Osmin's educational background includes a degree in Project Management from Aden Business School in 2007. His technical skills include Data Warehouse, infra, Web, qa, ETL, Integration, and Mobile.
