Oswald Yeo is the Co-founder and CEO of Glints, the leading talent ecosystem in Southeast Asia. He started Glints in 2015 to help professionals in the region grow their careers and empower organizations to hire the right talent from anywhere in Southeast Asia. Today, Glints has served over 3 million talent and 50,000 employers in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Taiwan. At the age of 21, Oswald dropped out of the University of California, Berkeley to build Glints, which the Singapore newspapers called "Singaporean Parents' worst nightmare." He has been recognized as one of 100 Leaders of Tomorrow by the St Gallen Symposium, Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia, and is also an Endeavor Entrepreneur. Oswald is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Oswald's passion for building a talent ecosystem in Southeast Asia has been the driving force behind Glints' success. His experience in the industry spans over 7.53 years, during which he has built a strong network of employers and professionals in the region. Oswald's leadership has enabled Glints to become a trusted platform for employers and job seekers alike. Oswald's education history includes a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, which he dropped out of to start Glints. He also completed his GCE A Levels in Humanities from Hwa Chong Institution. As the Co-founder and CEO of Glints, Oswald is constantly looking for ways to improve the platform and expand its reach.
