Paahul Sikand is an experienced Product Manager with a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems. With 7.6 years of relevant experience, he has had the good fortune of learning how to build, market, and sell products that users swear by. Currently working as a Product Manager at Intuit, Paahul has a proven track record of successfully leading product initiatives from infancy to launch. Paahul's previous experience includes working as a Product Manager at Tracxn, a Sequoia & Accel funded startup that provides market intelligence to top VCs and Strategy & Innovation Teams at large organizations. At Tracxn, Paahul led the 'CRM' - a Deal Flow Management product that enables users to source and manage deals on the same platform. He identified customer pain points, ideated and prioritized solutions, coordinated with Engineering to build the final product, trained BD & Customer Success teams, and shipped & onboarded users. Paahul recorded 4x growth in CRM using Accounts within 4 months of launch and successfully migrated 100% of existing customers from legacy systems to the new CRM without any interruption in service. Paahul has also worked as a Product Manager - Management Trainee at Vodafone, where he spent time across three different business units - Distribution, B2B Account Management & Marketing. He worked closely with top leaders to understand the Telecom landscape at a time when it was being disrupted by a new player - Jio. Paahul devised, designed, and executed the product roadmap and business strategy for the MyVodafone App, drove revenue and transactions for bill payments and recharges, and ensured asset optimization using analytical customization, personalization, and targeting. Paahul holds a BS in Computer Science from Thapar University and an MBA in International Business from IIFT and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He has experience working with Salesforce and Integration and is always looking forward to learning new things and solving complex problems.
