Paarth Thadani is a highly skilled and motivated software engineer with experience in data analytics, research, and mobile development. He is currently working as a Data Scientist Intern at OLA, where he is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance the company's business operations. Paarth is a 4th year undergraduate student pursuing Bachelor of Technology(B.Tech) focused on Metallurgy Engineering and Materials Science from Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) Indore. He has a strong background in computer science and is proficient in various programming languages such as Python, C, C++, and essential web technologies like HTML, CSS. He is also experienced with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit-Learn, and OpenCV. In addition to his technical skills, Paarth is an effective team player and has led various teams in college. He is also passionate about graphic designing and writing in his pastime. Prior to his current role, Paarth worked as a Project Associate: Data Analytics at the National Health Mission under the Government of Madhya Pradesh, where he analyzed and suggested improvements to the COVID-19 management strategy of the government. He also served as a Student Placement Manager at the Indian Institute of Technology. Paarth's strong technical skills, experience in data analytics, and passion for mobile development make him a valuable asset to any organization.
