With nearly a decade of experience in the industry, he has a proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend systems. Currently, Padam works as a Staff Software Engineer at LogMeIn, where he is responsible for driving solutions for the web side of things in GoToWebinar, maintaining a fleet of microservices supporting GoToWebinar, troubleshooting customer escalations, and mentoring and guiding team members in their respective stories. He also coordinates with multiple teams, such as tools, DevOps, and other app dev teams, to unblock the progress of various initiatives. Prior to his current role, Padam worked at LogMeIn as a Senior Software Development Engineer In Test and as a Software Development Engineer In Test for CITRIX GoTo, which is now part of LogMeIn. Padam holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
