Padma Janani Ramasekaran is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (SDET) with over 4 years of experience in automation testing. She is currently working at Accion Labs, where she is responsible for testing products at user and code level, both manually and using automation tools. Padma has a strong understanding of the bug life cycle and is well acquainted with SDLC. She has extensive experience in mobile app testing using BDD framework with Cucumber framework and Gherkin language. Padma is skilled in automating mobile test cases (Android and iOS) using Appium (Selenium Latest Version) and executing automation tests using Jenkins. She has exposure to root cause analysis of defects and failed test scripts and is skilled in defect logging in JIRA. Padma is proficient in using VS Code extensions for Automated UI Testing and has a good understanding of Version Control systems like GitHub. She is experienced in debugging and executing UFT scripts and analyzing test results. Padma is also familiar with Agile methodologies and well versed with the fundamentals of Microsoft Azure. Prior to her current role, Padma has worked with Accenture as a Test Engineering Analyst and with Tech Mahindra as a Software Engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University and completed her H.S.C in Science from CVB Matriculation Higher Secondary School. With a relevant experience of 6.70 years, Padma is now in search of a challenging job position in a reputed organization where she can utilize her skill sets and overall experience effectively.
