Padmavathi Reddy Yerramreddy is a highly motivated and skilled Data Analysis professional with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Data Engineering, ETL, and SQL. She has a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from NIT Warangal and has completed her Intermediate from Narayana Junior College and High School from Vignan Institute of Technology and Science. Currently, Padmavathi is working as a Senior Data Engineering Analyst at Optum, where she is responsible for designing ETL workflows and providing solutions for DW systems to meet regulatory business requirements and data compliance. She has experience in using healthcare data for different source system codes and maintaining a data acquisition and data integration process so that end-users can query on the flattened tables/views which maintain a unique user information data. She has collaborated with appropriate business teams for requirement elicitation to improve cross-functional dependencies by analyzing the granularity of data between the systems. Prior to this, Padmavathi has worked as a Data Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Bank of America, where she was involved in transforming Teradata into Hadoop using Pyspark. She has also worked extensively with customer, member, and provider domains by maintaining different snapshots in tables at different levels in the process. Padmavathi has good knowledge in translating the business systems to technical specifications in an ETL data warehousing environment. She has also analyzed the end-to-end data flow and impact across systems and coordinated with multiple source teams to receive new attributes, process and load them into DW, and finally transfer data to target systems. She has identified data anomalies and performed history/prospective fix for data correction as needed by Regulatory Teams. Padmavathi is proficient in Apache Airflow, Integration, Software Engineer, Hadoop, and other relevant technologies. She has worked with DBA for query tuning and performance improvement of complex SQL queries and reduced run-time for pulling regulatory reports. She has also migrated TWS Job Streams to Airflow scheduler, tested modified components, and deployed the same in the production environment.
