Palak Bansal is an experienced Software Engineer with a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa. With over 5 years of relevant experience in the industry, Palak is skilled in Java, Selenium, CSS, HTML, and Javascript. Currently working as a Software Engineer at simfront simulation systems corporation, Palak is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving Java code for the existing system. She has also designed and implemented libraries to enforce local defence communication protocols for the data feed and implemented a Java server to add additional capacity for a military protocol to establish a multi-client communication channel. Palak has enhanced the flagship product to support the simultaneous transmission of both video and data streams and is an active advocate of unit test culture in the team with near-perfect coverage for the libraries authored. She also tests, documents, debugs, and maintains new and existing APIs and discusses technical functional design with the architect.
