Palak Gupta is a Senior Business Development Analyst at Cognizant, where she drives business development in close collaboration with onsite sales teams and is indirectly accountable for meeting annual revenue targets specific to SBU. She is responsible for architecting and delivering innovative automated solutions for complex technical requirements in technology-oriented organizations. Palak supports presales lifecycle activities such as lead generation, proactive sales pitches, account mining, go-to-market strategy, business case, RFX support for geographies/industry segments, and contributes to developing customized solutions tailored to customer requirements. She manages end-to-end bid life cycle, ensuring seamless stakeholder management with internal and external teams, while liaising with and working jointly on client deliverables. Prior to joining Cognizant, Palak worked with Mahindra & Mahindra as part of their Group Management Cadre (GMC) and was responsible for creating a strategic roadmap to increase Digital Payments Platforms adoption by 10x in FY 2018-2019 for MMFSL. She also identified use cases of AI-based technology for Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Palak has also worked with Cisco as part of their TAC team, where she was responsible for key account ownership of complex network problems resolution for medium and large organizations in EMEA. Palak has a PGDM in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from VIT. She completed her High School/Secondary Certificate Programs from New Digamber Public School, Indore. Palak is proficient in SQL, Python, AI, Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, and Web technologies.
