Palaksh Jain is a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for corporate strategy. He is currently working in his family business, elasto textiles pvt. ltd., where he holds the position of Director. His responsibilities include leading the digital transformation project, reducing manual and paperwork, and devising strategies to boost quality and employee skill development. Under his leadership, the company has achieved a 40% growth in online orders and up to 70% cost reduction in sampling. Prior to this, Palaksh worked as an apprentice to the Managing Director at jsg innotech pvt. ltd. During his time there, he devised the go-to-market strategy to reboot exports in Europe, Latin America, and Middle-East Asia. He also spent countless hours alongside the Managing Director, attending meetings with international clients and partners to develop his negotiation skills and communication. Palaksh executed day-to-day activities only to stay close and observe his work ethic, time management, and imbibe self-discipline.
