He also supported the development of business plans for the formation of HCL Security and assisted in preparing a project plan for managing PF Operations of HCL Enterprise from BPO Division, among other corporate strategic initiatives. As a Senior Business Manager at HCL, Palaniappan planned and managed the functional delivery including requirement analysis, functional design, requirements traceability matrix, test support, and change requests management. He also led and managed BA teams, provided domain solution in RFPs, and performed requirement analysis and prepared Business Process Models (BPMs), functional specifications, and use cases. Palaniappan has a personal record of academic excellence, including institution level ranks in graduation and post-graduation courses. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Anna University and a BE in ECE from Madurai Kamaraj University.
