Palanivel Sethu is a highly experienced Autonomous Vehicle professional with over 10 years of experience in automotive system testing, particularly in ADAS product testing, UDS, XCP, and CAN protocols. He is well-versed in Radar Target Simulator (RTS), Linux, QNX OS-based product testing, CPU utilization, CPU/GPU memory consumption, and latency verification. Palanivel has expertise in software validation, MATLAB, dSPACE HIL, and ADSA feature function testing such as ACC, AEB, RCTA, and TSR. He is also skilled in camera and radar EOL calibration, functional safety ISO-26262, V-Model, and Agile-scrum methodology. Currently, Palanivel is a Senior Software Engineer at NVIDIA, where he is responsible for ADAS product (chip) software validation. Prior to joining NVIDIA, he worked as a Senior Engineer at Harman and an Advanced Engineer at Aptiv. Palanivel holds an M.E. in Control Systems from PSG College of Technology, which he obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Thiagarajar College, which he received in 2006. With his extensive experience and knowledge in software engineering and testing, Palanivel is a valuable asset to any organization.
