Palash Godbole is a management enthusiast with a strong background in engineering. He is currently pursuing his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune. Palash has 4.77 years of relevant experience in software engineering, specifically in backend development and performance engineering. He has worked for Mahindra Comviva as a Software Developer and has developed RESTful APIs for DBXP, a digital banking experience platform, and enhanced the performance of Mobiquity Suite, a product that allows consumers to securely perform banking activities using mobile. Palash is known for his diligence at work and positive input towards the betterment of the product. Palash has fine-tuned his leadership, team building, and technical skills through his professional experiences. He has also been actively involved in various social, cultural, and entrepreneurial activities since college. Palash was part of the Regatta Managing Committee in college, responsible for organizing an event witnessed by over 10,000+ spectators. He was also the events head for organizing Mini-Regatta month, resulting in the highest ever participation in Regatta. Palash is passionate about doing volunteer work and community activities and has organized campaigns and actively volunteered for social and environmental causes. Palash is passionate about customers and the problems they have. Upon completion of his MBA, he wants to begin a career in a global organization where he can effectively use his analytical, logical, and business skills for getting insights about customer behavior. He intends to make calculated business decisions by examining all aspects of the market, analyzing customer behavior, and developing effective strategies accordingly. In his free time, Palash loves drawing caricatures, regularly works out to keep himself healthy, and enjoys trekking.
