Palash Jhamnani is an experienced Software Engineer with a proven track record of managing the complete Software Development Life Cycle for Technology Products. With over 6.95 years of industry experience, Palash has led large teams and collaborated across business units, time zones, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Early in his career, Palash had the opportunity to build a tech team from the ground up, delivering automation capabilities for business at Schneider Electric. After completing his Master's degree, he worked with the security product development team at Visa, building Decryption and Key Management Services for Authorize.Net and CyberSource payment gateway for various card present, card not present, and wallet transactions. Currently, Palash is an Engineering Lead at Schneider Electric, where he is leading the development and delivery of several data integration pipelines using AWS Serverless stack to power up loveable employee experience. Palash has utilized several services such as Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, Keyspaces, RDS, Glue, Event Bridge, Cloud Formation, Cloud Watch, etc. in his current role. In his past roles at Schneider Electric, Palash collaborated with multiple teams to establish a business process automation platform as a new capability for the IT Global Delivery division. He took ownership of the technical platform, eventually delivering 40+ automated business processes into production. Palash also mentored and supported junior developers with technical architecture, solution architecture, and code reviews. Palash has a Master of Science degree in Information Management from the University of Washington, a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering from VIT, and a High School Diploma in Engineering Science from St. Paul's Convent Sr. Sec. School, Ujjain. His tech stack includes AWS, Software Engineer, DotNET, SQL, Python, Django, ASP.NET, Jenkins, and Integration.
