Palash founded Goldcast with his Harvard Business School batchmates in 2020, capitalizing on the fundamental transformation that digital events were bringing about in B2B event marketing. Under Palash's leadership, Goldcast has raised over $40 million and built a bi-continental team of 110 excellent teammates. The company is now one of the market leaders in the enterprise digital events space, with a prestigious customer base that includes LG, Adobe, 6Sense, Workday, Zuora, BitSight, Drift, ThoughtSpot, and Clari. Goldcast was recently featured in G2's list of 100 fastest-growing software companies. Prior to Goldcast, Palash was a Founding Member and CEO of Pavilion, a company that focuses on building innovative solutions for the healthcare industry. He has also worked as an MBA student at Harvard Business School and gained valuable experience in electrical engineering during his B.Tech. M.Tech.
