Pallav Agarwal is a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Event Planning, Strategic Planning, operations and financial accounting. He is currently working as a Manager at Kapiva and is looking forward to working as an investment banking analyst. Pallav is a quick learner with a penchant for analytical thought processes. Pallav's prior experience includes working as a Research Intern at Observer Research Foundation and as an Overall Coordinator at E-Cell, IIT Bombay. At E-Cell, he spearheaded a 3-tier organization of 20 managers and 800 volunteers and 900 College Representatives from colleges all over India, managing cash and media budget of INR 18 million, to execute 2 international, 4 pan-India and 20 institute-wide activities with the purpose of promoting new ventures amongst students on a Pan-India scale promoting entrepreneurship development. Pallav has also worked on capital market projects and has a basic understanding of Derivatives and Foreign Exchange markets. Pallav holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Material Science from IIT Bombay. He is a Research Scientist, Mobile and Senior Software Engineer with relevant experience of 2.86 years. Pallav is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
