He has also automated multiple processes in Python for faster delivery of resolutions for various stakeholders and improved the success rate of resolutions from 65% to 95%. Additionally, he has worked on multiple SpringBoot microservices in the prepaid recharges team, impacting the experience of 350 million users. Prior to Airtel, Pallav worked as a Data Science Intern at OYO, where he closely worked with the Online Travel Agents (OTA) department, which contributes to 30% of the total revenue. He scraped and detected duplication in listings over 5+ OTA platforms like makemytrip.com, booking.com, Agoda, etc. He designed and deployed a pipeline to run on top of a Machine Learning algorithm for scaling data of 22,000+ Oyo properties. He worked 200+ hours under the direct supervision of the founder for the creation of a bug-free, robust, error-handled digital bookkeeping progressive web application. He published the backend of the product and developed 6 CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and internal services. He also developed and implemented complex integrations for the finance department’s work to be integrated with the technical team, saving 20+ hours of manual work per week.
