Pallav Jindal is a Private Equity Analyst at EverSource Capital, where he works with the Green Growth Equity Fund (GGEF), India's first climate-focused fund. His work involves investing in green energy, renewable energy, low carbon transportation, energy-efficient technologies, and resource conservation. Prior to his current role, Pallav worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at JP Morgan, where he supported senior bankers on pitch-books for industry landscaping, M&A screening, deep-dive profiles, and deal structures. He worked on general industries coverage projects, including Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Financial Sponsors, TMT, and mining. Pallav has extensive experience preparing models for combination analysis, intrinsic and relative valuation for mergers, acquisitions, and Leveraged Buyouts. Pallav holds an MBA degree from IIM Indore, where he graduated in the top 5% of the batch and went for a student exchange program to France on the prestigious Charpak scholarship awarded by the French Embassy. He completed his graduation in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from BITS Pilani, securing department rank 2 and was awarded merit scholarship five times. Pallav has won many national level inter-college and corporate competitions for valuation, strategy, and marketing. Pallav has also been involved in various extracurricular activities during his academic years. He was the captain of the tennis team at BITS Pilani and has a passion for adventure sports, traveling, meditation, and cricket. Pallav has mentored 11 PGP1 participants under the Leadership Development Program and was a part of the Finance team of Placement Preparation Committee at IIM Indore. He organized and conducted Finance knowledge sessions for placement preparation of junior batch of 540+ students and mentored students by conducting mock GDs/PIs and resume building sessions for placements. Pallav's educational background and professional experience, along with his extracurricular activities, demonstrate his ability to excel in diverse environments. He is a Research Scientist and has relevant experience of 5.20 years.
