Pallavi P Shrma is a seasoned and result-oriented professional with over 8 years of experience in the education sector. She is an expert in content development for coding and computing platforms, database management systems, operating systems, Python, object-oriented programming, system analysis & design, relation database, information practices, and computer networking. Pallavi has an excellent track record of converting challenges into engaging learning environments and is well recognized as an educator, leader, coordinator, and facilitator. Currently, Pallavi works as a Coding Facilitator at Brightchamps, where she uses her expertise to develop and facilitate coding curriculum. Previously, she worked as a Curriculum Developer at Lead School, where she contributed to the company’s goal of empowering and transforming schools and universities in providing the best and quality education that serves 2000+ schools pan India. At Lead School, Pallavi was responsible for developing content for state and CBSE board on coding and computing. She also independently developed content, presentations, prepared quizzes, and designed them. Pallavi efficiently handled all the topics and provided solutions from the beginning till the end. She also planned and developed lesson plans, worked on the blueprint, designed, and edited them. Before joining Lead School, Pallavi worked as the Head of Information Technology at The Stepping Stone School - India. There, she guided students in using technology effectively, such as Python, Scratch, and Java, to support research and also eminent in co-curricular activities. Pallavi was responsible for handling senior classes and simultaneously guiding/mentoring subordinates and monitoring their teaching methods, reviewing their classes, providing feedback, and ensuring to escalate their learning curve.
