Palti S. is a seasoned UX Designer with over 3 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, she serves as the COP Practice Leader - UI UX at DOKU, PT NUSA SATU INTI ARTHA, where she leads the design team and introduced the Design Thinking framework for the product design process. Palti is responsible for designing, developing, and distributing the Design System (Currency) for standardized design consistency in DOKU's product ecosystem. She is also responsible for building standards for developing user interfaces with CSS, SASS/SCSS and providing design and code for digital products to support engineers. Palti collaborates with product owners and engineers to design and develop the interface and experience of various DOKU's products. Prior to her current role, Palti worked as a UI/UX Designer at DOKU, where she built the design team and introduced the Design Thinking framework for the product design process. She was responsible for collaborating with product owners and engineers to design and develop the interface and experience of various DOKU's products. Palti also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Awantunai. Palti holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Institut Teknologi Del, where she majored in UI, Designer, Product Designer, and Software Engineer. She is proficient in various tech stacks, including UI, Designer, Product Designer, and Software Engineer.
