Pancham has been selected amongst more than 2000 candidates to become the community lead at Developer Student Clubs, presented by Google Developers. He has trained more than a hundred students towards development and helped them solve real-world problems. Prior to his current role, Pancham worked at Cybage as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. At Cybage, he worked with Google as a vendor to develop an internal JavaScript library that powers all of Google's marketing websites. He also developed a search feature from scratch with fuzzy matching and content highlighting to help developers look up the tools that they need from documentation. Pancham has also created a framework for designers to showcase their work and worked extensively with a11y to create high-efficiency code to be used by thousands of websites. Pancham holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidhayalaya and completed his secondary education in Mathematics from St. Xavier's High School, Surat.
