He has worked extensively on 32\\16\\8 bit Microcontrollers and has experience in Design(MATLAB\\Stateflow) and Debugging Tools. Pandian is currently the Founder of Kathir Sudhir Automation India Pvt Ltd, a company that specializes in Electronics Instruments and Automotive test setup. Prior to this, he founded Kathir Sudhir Automation Solutions, which focused on manufacturing of industrial process control equipments, customized electronics product development and services, and embedded solutions for business needs. In his previous role as Sr. Manager - Design at Calsonic Kansei Motherson Auto Products Pvt. Ltd, Pandian was responsible for Body control module - Electronics products for Nissan India and Maruti Suzuki India. Pandian has a strong educational background, having attended Bharathidasan University and GHS Namakkal. His technical skills include test, product designer, software engineer, and web development.
