Pankaj Garg is a seasoned Lead Software Engineer with over 11 years of experience in building highly scalable systems, web applications, message-driven applications, and both B2C as well as SaaS models. Currently, he is working as a Technical Lead at 6sense, where he is responsible for designing and developing highly scalable infrastructure and maintaining good uptime of the application. Prior to working at 6sense, Pankaj worked as a Senior Technical Lead at Skilrock Technologies, where he worked on a high volume, concurrent data-driven messaging system using Java, Spring-boot, Hibernate, RabbiMq, Redis, WebSocket based real-time message processing system. He was also responsible for code reviews of peers and coaching to deliver better code quality, finding and fixing the root cause of the problems, setting up the process for the application monitoring, and building highly scalable infra. Before that, Pankaj worked as a Software Engineer at Skilrock Technologies, where he gained experience working on the Mobile Recharge domain, designing and developing APIs for the system, and writing front-end applications for complete RMS (agent, admin, retailer panel functionalities). He also worked on SOAP APIs integration, API integrations with multiple mobile service providers, and experienced sales-related account in a B2B system. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. He also completed his 12th from S.R.P.G. and 10th from Tagore Public School.
