Pankaj Kumar is an experienced Manager at Polaris Wireless with over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has a strong background in Signaling (SS7/SIP), Voice (RTP/RTCP), and Location-Based Services (LPP/ULP/MLP/) in GSM, CDMA, and LTE networks. Pankaj is highly skilled in planning, developing, and executing product test strategies, as well as deploying products at client networks, such as Etisalat, UAE, and Starcomms, Nigeria. With a good understanding of wireless technologies, including VoIP, PTT Over Cellular, OTDOA, Enhanced-CellID, Assisted-GPS, Femtocell, and Voice SMS, Pankaj has also worked on VMWare and Docker platforms. He is experienced in functional, performance, sanity, regression, web application, and Android-based application testing, and has led QA teams for product releases. Prior to his current role at Polaris Wireless, Pankaj worked as a Manager at GlobalLogic and a Senior Lead at Polaris Wireless. In these roles, he was responsible for developing and executing test plans for LTE-based SUPL Location Platform Features in Polaris Wireless Location server on Docker platform and Location Accuracy Manager in 2G, 3G, and 4G networks on VMWare platform. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum, and an I. Sc. degree in PCM from Patna Science College. He also holds a Matriculation, I.C.S.E degree from St. Karen's High School, Patna. In addition to his technical expertise, Pankaj has strong skills in product management and is proficient in Docker, Android, and web technologies. With nearly 18 years of relevant experience, Pankaj is a highly skilled and accomplished professional in the telecommunications industry.
