Pankaj Kumar is a highly accomplished Senior Product Manager with over 11 years of experience in the IT industry, including more than 7.5 years in product management. He has a strong background in understanding customer needs, designing product user flows, providing solutions to business cases, defining requirement documents (BRDs) and user stories, agile release planning, developing go-to-production strategies, and sales enablement. Currently, Pankaj is working as a Senior Product Manager at Airtel Payments Bank, where he is responsible for product roadmap, revenue, and strategy. He has successfully launched the very first insurance product from scratch for the bank, which is one of his recent achievements. He is a nodal point for multiple functions, including sales, operations, marketing, legal, audit, and customer care teams, and works closely with the engineering team to deliver an excellent user experience. Pankaj is also an execution expert and has been involved in the end-to-end product development cycle, including development demos till UAT testing. Prior to his current role, Pankaj worked as a Product Manager at Aditya Birla, where he was responsible for product roadmap, revenue, and strategy. He also worked as an Assistant Product Manager at Zycus, where he was involved in multiple projects, including iSupplier Tool for multiple clients.
