Pankaj Pandey is a highly experienced Software Testing Engineer with over 9 years of full system development and testing lifecycle experience. He has a remarkable knowledge of functional, database, and SOA testing and is experienced in working with agile methods in an Agile Environment. Pankaj is not a regular QA, always looking out for something new and likes engaging with folks who are curious about new technologies. He is a great observer and listener, even if it takes a little while in a new environment. Pankaj has deep knowledge of Protractor and Selenium suite of tools, mainly Selenium WebDriver (Java and JS bindings). Currently working as a Software Engineer in Test at Ness Digital Engineering, Pankaj is responsible for creating and maintaining the automation framework for API using JMeter and for UI using Protractor and the Jenkins job for these two test repositories. He executes test suites, manages defects, and evaluates test results, sharing the same with the product owner. Pankaj also works with other teams as a consultant for test architecture and supports staff in diagnosing problems and reporting defects and enhancements to development. Pankaj has previously worked as a QA Engineer at Fidelity and a Svc IT Dev Sr Assoc II at Dell. At Fidelity, he created and maintained the automation framework for AWS using NodeJS modules and Selenium WebDriver scripts using Java Binding. At Dell, he created, modified, and maintained the framework for web service and database testing, creating test scripts using the framework and coordinating with development teams in deciding what to automate. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai. He is proficient in JIRA, Git Stash, SourceTree, and Jenkins. His tech stack includes test, SDET, Software Engineer, Selenium, Jenkins, Java, QA, AWS, UI, Web, Javascript, and Python.
