Pankaj Rajkhowa is an experienced IT infrastructure delivery professional with over 12 years of experience in AWS, storage, network, virtualization, data center infrastructure, and cloud migrations. Currently, he works as a Senior Engineer - Specialised Compute at Commonwealth Bank, where he manages stakeholder and client relationships while leading his team to deliver high-quality infrastructure services. Previously, Pankaj worked at Accenture as a Cloud Migration and Implementation Team Lead, where he led a storage transition project for a client. He was responsible for understanding the agreement between both parties and finding the best possible infrastructure solution. Pankaj also conducted client system learning sessions, built and onboarded the delivery operations team, and modified processes for operations. He participated in scheduled migrations plans for clients and prepared inventory for operations teams. Additionally, Pankaj worked at Atos as a Consultant-Cloud Services -IAAS, where he managed and assisted L1 and L2 teams for major issues and performed skill-based service request routing. Pankaj holds an MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical, and Technological Sciences and a BCA from Makhanlal Chaturvedi Rashtriya Patrakarita Vishwavidhyalaya. He has a strong technical skill set that includes infra, AWS, test, and integration.
