Pankaja K is a highly experienced Database Administrator with over 16 years of experience in Oracle EBS DBA and Oracle Core DBA. She has worked on various implementations and configurations of RAC, Dataguard, and Physical standby. Pankaja has extensive experience in EBS 11i, 12.0, R12.1, R12.2 ADpatch, ADOP, Cloning, and Troubleshooting. She has also worked on RMAN backups and Recovery, expdp/impdp, OPatch, and Capacity planning. Pankaja has worked with major clients such as Cisco, EMC2, CenturyLink, JSW group, Toshiba, and Wepsol. She has expertise in RAC DB and cluster and EBS upgrades and has successfully fixed production critical issues. Currently, Pankaja is working as a Manager at Capgemini, where she is responsible for managing a team of DBAs and ensuring smooth operations of all databases. Prior to Capgemini, Pankaja has worked with IBM as an Advisory Technical Services Specialist and with Tech Mahindra as a Lead DBA for Cisco systems. She has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. Pankaja's technical expertise includes Oracle cloud, EBS 12.2, Weblogic, Performance tuning, and OFSAA 8.1 IFRS17 Install config maintenance.
