Pankit Adlakha is an explorer with a passion for IT, movies, product, and life. With a career spanning over 4.85 years, he has gained extensive experience in various domains and roles. Currently working as a Solutions Architect at gnap services, he was deployed by HCL Technologies. In his current role, Pankit is responsible for understanding requirements, creating solutions, troubleshooting bugs, code review, and mentoring team members. Prior to his current role, Pankit worked as a Product Manager at PlateRate, where he worked with the development team to make the product bug-free. He also logged issues on GitHub and followed up with the development team. Additionally, he analyzed user behavior using LogRocket and Microsoft Clarity tool and worked with the UX team to enhance the user experience. He also worked as an Engineer RPA/Solutions Architect at AG Technologies, where he was responsible for requirement understanding, creating solutions, developing, testing, deploying bots, feasibility analysis of processes, mentoring, and team handling. Pankit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University. He has also pursued various courses in different domains, including a Certificate Course in Forensic Science from the Department of Anthropology, DU, and a Diploma in Film and TV Direction from Digital Academy-The Film School. He is currently pursuing an ICPM-FLEX degree from Bauer College of Business, University of Houston/Institute of Product Leadership in Product Management. He has also completed a Theatre Acting Course from Asmita Theatre Group and a Singing course from Kirana Gharana Music Academy. Pankit's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Product Manager, and Test. He has a diverse set of skills and interests, making him a valuable asset to any team.
