Parag Jain is a technically accomplished Specialist Software Engineer with around 7 years of total experience in Software Development, Requirement Analysis and designing in Agile work environments. Currently, Parag works at NICE Actimize as a Specialist Software Engineer, where he is responsible for understanding Comverse and ZTE IN systems, providing end-to-end solutions for proposals, planning for new recharge schemas, and working on Oracle SQL Server & Toad. Parag also provides configuration plans for various services like voice portal, multimodal numbers, and ensures the deployments of various business products within timelines. Previously, Parag worked at Wipro as a Senior Production Engineer, where he worked on a migration project, built applications to bring data to new Hadoop platforms, and developed spark jobs in oozie work-flow to curate the incremental data. Prior to Wipro, Parag worked at Infosys as a Senior System Engineer, where he worked on a Data Cloud migration project, optimized hive queries, designed project architecture, developed a java tool to decrypt source data, and worked on extraction of data from traditional databases and pushed it to Cloud. He also created API to interact with web services using rest API, worked on AWS Lambda to run the whole process, and worked on POC to process data on spark cluster. Parag holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT Surat and completed his High School education from Maheshwari Vidyapeeth School.
