Parag Kasrekar is a seasoned Business Manager with over 13 years of experience in Business Finance and Operations, including 7+ years of experience in managing end-to-end delivery and program management in emerging markets. He has exposure to consulting and managing projects around Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Process Management (BPM), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM). Parag has designed algorithms for decision making of loan eligibility and pricing in retail banking and content personalization algorithm for digital marketing platform, analytics-based personalization. He has experience in developing business design models based on situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations, including the creation of customer journeys and value maps, identification and definition of requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfaces. Parag has worked with clients across various industries, including Banking, Insurance, Loyalty Program, Public Service, and Manufacturing. He has driven and led discussions with clients for strategic and tactical decisions around aligning IT strategy with the business. He has worked on several projects, including architecting the solution to create a Loan Management System at one of the leading PSU Banks in India, setting up IT systems and applications for a Frequent-Flyer and Loyalty Program startup, and managing a portfolio of software applications for the then young and fastest-growing Life Insurance Company in India. Parag has previously worked with Accenture as a Business and System Integration Team Leader and GE India Innovation Center as a Programmer. He holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from IIT Roorkee and a degree in Production Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai.
