Parag Shewale is a talented Talent Partner with over 4.93 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Currently working with Cred, he is responsible for hiring incredible product folks for the organization. Parag has previously worked with Revolut as a Talent Acquisition professional, where he was responsible for hiring internal consultants across all verticals within the organization on a global scale. He led the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and moved to the Growth team to assist in closing growth roles. Parag has also worked with Passion Connect as a Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition. He was hired to set up the Product hiring vertical for the organization and started with hiring software engineers while setting and ramping up the Product hiring vertical. He hired product managers across all levels across Blume's portfolio startups and was the sole recruiter for product roles. Parag led the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle of candidates across a wide array of requirements and worked directly and closely with the co-founders on their requirements.
