Paras Narang is a seasoned Engineering professional with a diverse experience of 9.87 years in various domains including E-commerce, Supply Chain, IOT, Payments, Fintech - Lending & Insurance, Mobility, and Advertising. He is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer, TLM at Uber, where he is responsible for building and managing the tech blueprint of the team. Prior to Uber, Paras worked at Flipkart, where he held the position of Software Development Engineer 4 and led a team of 12+ engineers as a Tech lead in Fintech and Payments Group. He was also responsible for the delivery of central initiatives and owned a platform component. Paras has also worked as a Software Development Engineer 3 at Flipkart, where he led engineering efforts for products like Buy Now Pay Later(BNPL), Flipkart Axis Bank CoBranded Credit Card(CBC). Paras is enthusiastic about solving problems using technology and is keen to keep learning and building.
