Parasuram Havoji is an experienced Site Reliability Engineer with over 16 years of experience in cross-cultural engineering and operations teams. He is a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) with strong knowledge and competencies to perform the responsibilities of a Kubernetes Application Developer. He is skilled in defining application resources and use core primitives to build, monitor, and troubleshoot scalable applications and tools in Kubernetes Clusters. He has proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management, Installation, Configuration & Validation, Core Concepts, Networking, Scheduling, Security, Cluster Maintenance, Logging / Monitoring, Storage, and Troubleshooting Kubernetes Clusters. Parasuram has rich hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud services and technologies, including IAM, Shared Compute, Bare Metal Compute, Virtual Cloud Network, VPN & FastConnect, NVMe/Block/Object/File Storage, Orchestrated Deployments. He also has knowledge of Amazon Web Service (AWS) Cloud architecture and services, including IAM, EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, SecurityGroups, CloudFormation, etc. He has a strong background in Linux & Storage System Administration (RHEL, SLES, OEL, NetApp Controllers, Dell Arrays) and extensive knowledge of QA and Regression Testing in Storage Area Network (SAN) protocols (iSCSI, FC, FCoE). Currently, Parasuram is working as a Software Engineer - Platform IAC at Cisco. Previously, he worked as a Principal Applications Engineer - Cloud Platform Engineering Team at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. where he was responsible for building and maintaining a Cloud-Native Platform which is a Microservices Deployment Infrastructure in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) using Oracle Kubernetes Engine(OKE) and other industry standard tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Vault, Consul, Kafka, Jenkins, Prometheus, and Grafana. He also worked as a Linux-Storage QA Engineer at Dell, where he created comprehensive test plans, developed test tools and automation for use in testing, and oversaw the execution and reported the results of test execution on new hardware, software, and solutions products. Parasuram holds a degree in AMIETE from Bangalore, Karnataka, and completed his schooling from St. Anne's Convent High School, Bagalkot, Karnataka, with a field of study in Computer Science.
