PardhaSaradhi's skills include global technical delivery management, onsite-offshore execution management, client relationship management, technical program management, pre-sales, proposal preparation, talent development, project monitoring and control, global status reporting, effort estimation, and quality management system. He is also a certified Scrum Master and a certified Scrum Product Owner. Currently, PardhaSaradhi is working as a Senior Technical Program Manager at telit iot solutions, where he is heading the Hyderabad Cloud Team and managing program and project management for the cloud platform solution initiatives of the company. He collaborates with teams to manage the requirements, product features, and schedules, while helping facilitate the necessary discussions with stakeholders and development teams. He also manages tactical and strategic development roadmaps to meet business imperatives as well as customer-oriented project goals. In the past, PardhaSaradhi has worked as an Engineering Delivery Leader at Akshitha Solutions, where he provided executive support to global technical leaders on team startup, transition activities, and ongoing activities to aid in the evolution of the center. He also worked as a Senior Delivery Manager at Agile CRM, where he built and mentored the product team, ensured product releases as per the roadmap, collaborated with related stakeholders for market penetration and adoption, and identified and managed risks related to the product and the product team.
