Paridhi Goenka is an experienced IT recruiter with over 10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment life cycle. She is currently working as a Recruiter for a confidential company, where she is responsible for screening, short-listing, mapping skills with requirements, interest check of the candidates, and final placement of the candidates. Paridhi has previously worked as an HR Executive at TCS, where she was responsible for searching candidates on portals like Naukri, Monster, and TimesJobs, maintaining internal databases, and networking on LinkedIn. She also posted jobs on portals, worked out resumes as per client specifications, screened resumes, talked to applicants, scheduled interviews, coordinated post-interview follow-ups, and assisted clients and candidates in the selection process.
