Before joining Excellon Software, Parikshit served as the Manager - Talent Acquisition at the same company, where he handled overall recruitment activities for Laterals as well as Campus, led a team of recruiters and team development, and sourced for niche and senior positions. He also worked as the Manager - Recruitment & Staffing at Seed Infotech, where he was responsible for handling recruitment and contract staffing division, looking after Recruitment, Delivery, Human Resources, Billing, and Business Development, generating new as well as enhancing existing business through various sales and marketing activities and client relations, leading recruitment teams, and responsible for overall delivery and account management. Parikshit holds a Master of Personnel Management degree from Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research, a Bachelor of Science - B.Sc. (Physics) degree from Sir Parashurambhau College - India, and completed his Primary and Secondary School education from Sardar Dastur School, Pune. He is also well-versed in various technologies such as NodeJS, test, iOS, Salesforce, and UI.
