As the Director at YouBotics, he provides organizations with advisory and leadership in product management, application development, and digital transformation initiatives. His core strengths include building product strategy and implementation plans for adopting digital business models by integrating AI/Machine Learning, Data Science, and Cloud into the overall organization strategy. Parikshit has a good experience of starting new business units for targeted industries, and he has managed service delivery of 30+ customer accounts across multiple industries. He has also led a team of 300+ people and generated revenue of USD 32M by using optimal agile practices and design thinking with CSAT ratings of 4+/5 for consecutive 4 years ensuring repeat business. As a Client Partner, he achieved phenomenal sales numbers Y-O-Y. In his current role at YouBotics, Parikshit is heading all aspects of setting up and running the organization, including product management and development, business planning, implementation, sales, customer success, professional services, managing employee motivation, and contingency planning. He is the inventor of the patented solution using AI, NLP & Machine Learning that can decipher subjective human response or any digital input and evaluate the response on predefined KPI’s in real-time. Parikshit is also a regular conference speaker, passionate about transformation, upskilling, and all things digital. He has a degree in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University and is proficient in AI, ML, NLP, product management, GCP, Data Science, and infra. Parikshit's past experience includes working as a Program Director, Smart City Solutions Group at Persistent Systems, where he conceptualized, built, and implemented the smart data platform using AI/ML for executive decision support system with live dashboard, real-time status reporting, and monitoring with insights and KPI’s. He also worked as a Client Partner- Strategic accounts at Persistent Systems, where he established Customer Growth Program ‘RISE’ (Recurrent and Innovative Services for Enterprises) across 40 strategic accounts to kick start more insightful discovery process within customer accounts, break traditional silos between services and sales teams, and to build and define logical offer roadmaps.
