Parshv Jain is a seasoned Software Development Manager with over 14 years of experience in the industry. Currently employed at Mitel, he is responsible for managing a development team and mentoring them on designing, developing complex features for a distributed system, handling heavy data transactions. He is also responsible for driving the design of rest APIs for the product in GCP and has worked on developing highly reliable event-based data propagation using Google Pub-Sub, Cloud function model. Prior to his current role, Parshv worked as a Software Development Lead at Mitel where he led the Performance and Degradation project to improve BOSS portal performance and identifying bottlenecks and resolving it. He also reduced BOSS portal crashes from 11 times in Jan 2018 to Zero in Nov-Dec 2018. Parshv has extensive experience working on Performance tools DebugDiag, WinDbg, PerfView, Microsoft Performance Profiler, Concurrency Visualizer, Log Parser, NewRelic, etc. He has also led and worked on several critical projects like Fr-De program, Notification Service, Emergency Notification, Subscription management. Before joining Mitel, Parshv worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard, where he designed and developed the Authentication and Authorization module for HPSM. He was independently responsible for the delivery of the component and was a single point of contact for Titan integration (Cloud-based HP portal for user authentication and licensing.) He also designed and implemented Cloud POC using Micro Service-oriented architecture using AWS infrastructure. Parshv holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from NIT Surathkal.
