Parth Dixit is a Growth Product Manager with a passion for building and driving high-paced experiment-led growth. He is currently working at Flipkart, where he has contributed 1.5+ million incremental monthly transacting customers and 500k+ new customers through product-led A/B experimentation to improve purchase journeys. Parth has executed 120+ experiments and launched complex user-first features like selective checkout capability, category-level journey resumption, and social geo-proofing for new users. He has also led a pod of 20 while collaborating with 15+ teams to drive impact cross-functionally. Parth is a mentor at nextleap, where he has mentored 150+ PM aspirants across four cohorts of PM fellowship via 30+ live PM case breakdown sessions. He has also set up multiple forums like brainstorming/learning/analysis sessions for all-round team growth. Prior to this, Parth worked at Flipkart as an APM1 for Warehouse Product, where he reduced cost per shipment by 1.5% and order cancellations via implementing a proactive stock taking model. He also disproportionally increased the outbound throughput of warehouses by 3x while achieving economies of scale, using insights from a Pareto analysis of SKUs and reservations against them. Additionally, he solved the queuing problem in a 2mn+ sq ft warehouse by building a real-time predictive insights dashboard to identify bottlenecks and mitigate risk due to unforeseen load-capacity mismatches. Parth holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
