Parth Jani is an experienced Project Manager at eClinicalWorks with over 7 years of IT experience in various disciplines such as Cloud Consulting, Project Management, Business Analytics, Business Development, Partnership & Alliance, Project Coordination, Oracle Fusion Applications, C# .Net, React and QA. Parth holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from Dharmsihn Desai University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Shantilal Shah Engineering College. In his current role at eClinicalWorks, Parth is responsible for managing customer relationships, expectations, project scoping, planning, execution, assessment, and closure within the team. He is experienced in reviewing deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the client, ensuring eClinicalWorks methodology, and enforcing project standards. Parth is skilled in facilitating team and client meetings effectively, holding regular status meetings with the project team, and communicating relevant project information to the project team. He is experienced in resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion and understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Parth is also skilled in setting and managing client expectations, developing lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties, and continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Prior to joining eClinicalWorks, Parth worked as a Business Development Manager | Business Analyst at Elinsys and as a Partnership and Alliance Executive at Joshi Biztech Solutions Limited. In these roles, he was responsible for end-to-end ownership of all business-related activity, handling ongoing clients, and creating new sources of revenue. Parth has experience building trusted, strategic relationships with partners/vendors/clients, developing business plans, and deep understanding of the partner products, competing vendors to provide differentiation in value propositions, RFPs, business model, etc. Parth is a team player and a good mentor who strongly believes in "One for all, All for one!"
